Marine Debris Removal Funding Opportunity Now Open

The NOAA Marine Debris Program, in cooperation with the NOAA Restoration Center, has a new open funding opportunity for marine debris removal. The deadline to apply is November 1, 2013. Take a look: http://go.usa.gov/jJDB
